Payment Options
Albuquerque Integrative Medicine is dedicated to evaluating and certifying individuals with eligible conditions for the New Mexico Medical Cannabis program so they can enroll and experience relief. We don’t think money should get in the way of effectively managing your pain, so we have several payment options.
The cost of an evaluation varies from $135 to $170 for one signature depending upon the qualifying condition. Chronic pain patients may obtain both required signatures for $300.00. Payment is expected at the time of your arrival. We offer discounts for Veterans and PTSD patients. As we do not accept personal checks, your payment options are:

You may split the fee into two payments. Certifications are given upon final payment.
