- Primary care or general medical services;
- Prescriptions for cannabis or any other medications;
- Orders for lab tests or other diagnostic testing;
- Dispensing of cannabis, seeds or paraphernalia;
- Providing referrals to dispensaries or growers of cannabis;
- Submission of applications for entry into the medical cannabis program, approval of patients for the program or provision of program identification cards. NOTE: These functions are completed directly through the New Mexico Department of Health.
